How to get started?
The FPL League game is about Football related predictions. Every user gets 10,000 LOOTs FREE when he/she registers. Users can use this LOOT to predict on league predictions. Users will have to Create or Join existing team, There which could be Public or Private team (Public will not require moderator's approval to join team , whereas Private will require). To get at the top position and maintain it, users can invite friends and ask them to join their team. Bigger the team mores the profit and chances to win cool PRIZES.
How the game works?
Every user gets 10,000 LOOTs FREE when he/she registers.
Users will have to stake their LOOTs on the outcome of their choice. For e.g. Sample prediction - "BPL - Arsenal Vs Liverpool - Who will win?" has 3 options - Arsenal, Liverpool, and Draw. Each outcome has a cost, denoted as Arsenal @ 400, Liverpool @ 350, and Draw @ 250. Outcome with the higher cost would be the most probable outcome.
When a user makes his choice - Liverpool, he has to pay 350 Loots to make his prediction. The user makes his choice based on an expectation to win back 1000 LOOTs when Liverpool wins the match.
Every action done by the user will change the prices of each outcome. When a user makes a prediction on Liverpool winning the match, the cost of predicting on Liverpool subsequently will be higher and the costs of making predictions on other outcomes (Arsenal and Draw) will go down. All these changes are done dynamically using a series of algorithms that capture demand and supply and convert them into the costs.
The user also has the option to "Cash in" on his predictions. Assume that the price of Liverpool winning the match is increased due to other users also predicting Liverpool winning the match and now the cost structure reads - Liverpool @ 450, Arsenal @ 350, and Draw @ 200. The user who put 350 LOOTs on Liverpool can cash in on his prediction and sell it back for 400 LOOTs, making a profit. If the user chose to cash in when the price of Liverpool had reduced, would make a loss on the same transaction.
